Plummy pruney flavours with a hint of pepper. Also bitter dark chocolate is there. Smells and tastes like a much more expensive Barossa Shiraz, like contributions from old vine fruit? I love the balance in this wine - it's not over the top Barossa ripe and all the better for it.

As someone who normally struggles with a Shiraz I really enjoyed this one! It smelt like blackberries and had a dry, velvety, fruity taste.

Pepper and spice up front, bit of acid, which would mellow with cellaring. Medium finish but excellent value.

No tannin what so ever, high bright juicy acid. Ripe red fruits; cherries, raspberry. Bitter chocolate and cassis
