On the nose, sour & sweet; pear, lemon, lime, green apple and white & yellow florals. Dry in style. Pear, green apple, underripe green melon with rhine, spice, canned pears, white peach, stones, spice that rises, delicate minerals with great acidity and finish. Photos of additional tasting areas, clean water photo of our drive outside Queenstown and their garden sign. New Zealand lake water is so much cleaner than ours.
