Palate then ends with brioche and caramel and goes on and on. Outstanding p/q. You’d need to go burgundy 1er cru to get this level of balance, power, and complexity.

Mar 20th, 2023Mealy, brioche, mixed with fresh lemon and slate. Perfect balance of steely mineral, lemon sweetness, and buttery brioche. Wombat creek has been my favourite single vineyard Giant Steps a few times. This is outstanding. A complete wine.
