Fresh and full of bright acidity. Tingling lemon-lime, apple, fresh green melon, and lemon grass. Chalky with healthy saline focused in the center. Seafood has a PIC.

Very good, not amazing. I have another bottle and may let it stay in the cellar until next year and try again to see if it ages better. Took it to an Italian BYOB and it was nice with everything ordered (pastas and shellfish)
