That was another astonishing experience!! I was aware that the 1996 vintage was superb...
...and this wine was nothing less than fantastic...bright copper and clear signs of a well developed wine for its rings.
On nose, black olives, leather, subtle oak, mint and some earthness.
In mouth, complex, high acidity, well balanced and smooth tannins, black olives, mint, leather, great freshness, mineral and powerful with a long end.
