Great with eggplant and plum tomato pasta

Second bottle of the night with Phil & Katy over rib eye, spinach, & baked potatoes. Solid but not great. 2012 vintage.

There is an Italian sale on in the O Briens library.. This is export is up there with the Godfather, Zola, Parma Ham, Pavorotti, Paresse and Sophia Loren... It enters the taste chamber and dances on every part of the tongue.. I love oak but this bit of juice is full of taste poke. It covers berries and spice with no oak, it's light, bright, sprite and is keeping the Baroness content and bright.. Bacchus should place the Jesuit AMDG across the label... Exceptional value also...
