Generally speaking Erbaluce grape doesn't reflect such a big shot, it's always medium sweet, flat, lousy and short! This is not like those bottles of common erbaluce di Caluso "Silent Majority" ones. Sure enough the one here shows the apt peculiarity we do appreciate the most in a northen italian white: a salty soul rigged with a spirited body. On the right track, just a little too overcontrolled by the winemaker, a bit of risky not-so-long maceration and less "technique" it would return back much more in terms of free reins and personality!

Not sure who picked the wines but I’m just ok with this. Scandinavian dinner but I wound have selected a richer wine. This was too austere for me.
