Not our favourite zinfandel.... Was not at all jammie. A little less in the cheeks than we are used to from Cali. But good none the less. Paired well with a spiced up sirloin cap steak.

Drank 4/16/16 with steaks on the grill, potatoes and onions and green beans. Not your typical zinfandel, did not have that spice edge, but it was a very pleasant, smooth wine, almost like a pinot noir. Worth it.
