Yountville Cabernet Sauvignon

Better after a day opening as showed more complexity with air...best to just drink alone and not really that good friendly...the 14.5% (?) alcohol showed less a day later 😉

Lovely bouquet. Bold, fruit forward, and leathery. Blackberry, blueberry, cassis, hint of licorice, oak, tobacco, and milk chocolate.

Jammy, jam. Superbe so young.

Was afraid that this was going to be too young....I was wrong. Very nicely balanced and smooth Nice tanin structure and dark fruits. Why wait?!

Smooth Napa Cab.

Still lots of fruit but lacking some of the structure to go another 10 years
