Very dense, deep Ruby color. Blend of syrah from 20 year old vines and 80 year old carignan. Blackberry, plum, black cherry, leather, violet, dried roses petal, clove, vanilla and toast. Remarkably silky, rich tannins and very long finish. It feels more elegant than the 15.5%abv leads you to expect. Exceptional with rich stews and grilled meats.

Velvety mouthfeel, dry with a pruny note. Carmelized red fruits. Wonderful finish.

Palate: very silky tannins, very subtle, red fruit and rosemary. Good acidity and very easy to drink. Potentially ageing possibilities.
