Assertive watermelon aroma and red fruit flavor. A nice enough summer tipple.

Meat smoke nose with super concentrated dark fruit on the palate. Definitely simple in the end, but a fun introduction to a new region. At 12.5 abv you can drink this all day.

Very green, needs time...which is saying a lot considering it's a $12 bottle. I think it will improve.

Damp, musty, earthy, with lilac notes. One of the least pleasant Malbecs had in a really long time.

The only nice thing I can say is that it was inexpensive, so I didn't mind pouring it down the drain. Heavy red candy on the nose, offbalance in the mouth.

This is what will put Vigouroux into supermarkets. $11.99 and real Cahors.

Started (no decant) with cherry, raspberry leaf, earth … but a little off. Air balanced it out and added dark brambly berries. 88.

Rich and tasty, could have more structure. Steak and artichoke.
