At the Downs Club Burgundy Dinner - brief notes. Closed Nose initially not giving much. The palate was fulsome particularly for a Village wine showing those 60 year GC vines in a good vintage for reds.

The first '05 I've tasted to really show well. Integrated wood and good, ripe fruit. Balance is there. Drink them now.
