Greek wines continue to be a bit of a mystery to me, but I'm figuring them out one glass at a time. This wine has a wonderful minerality to it thanks to several hundred year old wines along with an unexpected toasted brioche quality that fills it out nicely. Drink by the gallon with seafood.

smells of salinity, seaweed, wood, yeast, buttercup, lemon
flavors show honey, lemon, salinity, stone, biscuit, butter, a little peach at the end. nice acidity and minerality carried within a pretty rich medium-bodied mouthfeel.
