Love this wine. Nose is big. Ripe and mineral. Cooling. Nervous minerality. Palate is racy, rich and ripe. The 3 R’s. Amazing purity and sappiness. So clean. Bracing almost. My style of Crozes Blanc. Terrific concentration and freshness. Long, waxey and pure. Long. Just stellar. Nose has some wet earth/fresh rain happening now.

May 20th, 2021New project between Remi Gauthier and his brother Sylvain Gauthier. Killer nose. Honey, honeycomb, beeswax, mineral, some vineyard peach but barely there. Huge earthy notes and killer minerals. Super precise and aromatic. Spice, herbs. Wow what complexity. This is awesome. Smells like elite white Rhone. Palate is teeming with energy, richness and ripeness and insane purity. Wow this is terrific. Awesome inner mouth aromas and terrific almost Rieslingesque freshness, minerality and intensity. So juicy with an explosiveness to it. This is the best beginner white Rhone i have ever tasted. Just stunning.

This is really really good. A wine to have with food. Not over the top. Wow. A wine to buy a case of.
Nose is so mineral. Hint of tropical fruit. As it opens so elegant.
Palate is mostly mineral. First impression is almost chablisien. Then you get some nice tropical fruit. Great balance. As it opens a mountain stream infused with peaches and papayas. So elegant. Like tropical Chablis. Delicious in an elegant way.
Not a lot of affordable drinkable rhone wines. Especially when young. You can have this with fish, veggies, chicken.
