2004 Vintage. 16.7% Alcohol. Screwtop 750 ml that was amazing. A bit of sediment from cellaring but proof that aging is not all about corks. So good a friend poured the sediment last of the bottle through a paper towel to get the remaining nectar. I have one left and almost opened the second bottle. We miss you Matt and follow all your co-workers that carry on from your Paso Robles breeding ground.
