The Bulladóir Paso Robles Syrah 2004

2004 Vintage. 16.7% Alcohol. Screwtop 750 ml that was amazing. A bit of sediment from cellaring but proof that aging is not all about corks. So good a friend poured the sediment last of the bottle through a paper towel to get the remaining nectar. I have one left and almost opened the second bottle. We miss you Matt and follow all your co-workers that carry on from your Paso Robles breeding ground. — 5 years ago

'The Craic' Syrah 2003

JKT
8.9

Latham 4/15/17 all family. Savory dark fruits and meats on nose with alcoholic mints. Palate a bit hot not balanced and long finish. Great pairing with St Andre cheese. Opened another at MRs 4/22/17. Same rating. — 7 years ago

The Bulladóir Hoage Vineyard Syrah 2004

2004 Vintage in screw top. Lots of sediment but the fruit is still the forefront. Best wine of the night against the Booker, Massena, and Duval. We miss Matt Garretson. — 6 years ago

Bassetti Vineyard Mon Amie Syrah 2005

I'm loving this wine #Mat Garretson! Lovely violets on the nose with dark berries. The palate is still dark and brooding with blackberries, boysenberries, and stewed plums. Dam fine wine. In a screwtop. — 7 years ago
