There is a hanging note of green like kiwi and lime zest off the bat that awakens the palate without a jolt of bitterness and it's fantastically soft yet vibrant. Steel > oak here, the oak comes out like raw green apple sauce. Lemongrass, some salted honeydew.. It feels kinda chalky on the gums after awhile
