Inky purple color. Sweet black fruit-driven but tongue coating tannins with enough acid to stand up to some Meat! That's the plan this time St. Louis style dry rubbed ribs and roasted Brussels sprouts Traeger-style. Btw the bouquet slaps me awake every time I try to steal a sip. If not perfection only because it can go back for a couple year nap...
