Color of deep purple, all shades. Nose of saturated cherry jam, a bit leather, some alcoholic spices, nice ripe fruity aldehyde note. The nose is plenty. Taste of ripe cherry, dried strawberries, some spices, nice touch of sweetness, chewy and round. Aftertaste is quite long and loaded with flavors, with affluent acidity. Backbone of tannins is just right. Enjoy her now.

Paired with steak brings out more spiciness on the wine, buy still all the smooth chocolatey oak to finish.

Beautifully smooth Cabernet Sauvignon with small amounts of Petit Verdot and Petite Sirah. Rich, thick, velvety wine made of dark red fruits with touches of coco. It’s perfectly balanced and I could want for nothing more than a case of this and friends to share a meal at my table. May your cup runneth over! Lovely chilled.

Feb 9th, 2019Deep color and full of sorcery 🧙♂️it boldly hits your pallet and instantly becomes light, smooth and leaves you wanting more! I smell berries, hint of vanilla, pepper and is absolutely worth the experience. It leaves your pallet gracefully, formidable!

Mar 3rd, 2018Game of a Thrones the TV show is filled with drama, treachery, intrigue and passion. I am a HUGE fan of both the show and the Cabernet bearing its name. This wine is full bodied, rich and flavorful . . . Drink a la carte or paired with some Ono steak.
