Clear, bright, ruby, medium concentration, rose colored rim, no gas or sediment with medium viscosity.

No aroma flaws, medium intensity, youthful, strawberry and vanilla. Bone dry, medium body, strawberries and raspberries with light oak vanillans. Earthy, wet earth. Medium soft tannins with medium alcohol and acidity. Medium finish.

Paired well with grilled sockeye salmon and grilled onions, zucchini, peppers and mushrooms (bridge ingredient)
