Beautiful wine. Ripe and effervescent on the nose with subtle leather and barn. Lightly carbonic, Pungent, earthy funk on the up front taste. Rapidly shifts to piercing dryness on the swallow, mellows into citrus forward, salty grapefruit finish. So unique and special.

Special & delicious, would be perfect with just a touch more acid. Which is not to say it is overripe; on the contrary, it is hella austere.
