Pale amber/gold in color. Beeswax, saline and lemon aromas (similar to a German Riesling), lemon and lime citrus acid, a medium body and lingering minerals. Exploring Greece before our trip 🇬🇷

Good Assyrtiko, but not as good as many of the ones from Santorini. It is a fresh tasting wine with typical Assyrtiko flavors but nothing remarkable.
