A pleasant surprise that survived long New Year plus Christmas holidays :) (was opened at 30.12.2015 and forgotten up to 09.01.2016)...

Crimson red of some transparency. Dark red rim.
Basil, sweet cherry jam, black pepper, cloves, plums. Hint of bitter chocolate.
Medium body, slightly protruding tannins. Blackthorn, strawberry, black and red currant, bilberry. Well-balanced. Good acidity.
Finishes by cornel and cranberry.
Paired fine my homemade dolma (sarma).
