This is always a good wine! As it is or with sea food, Thai or a chicken salad.

Greenish pale yellow. Light, crisp with hint of minerals, light body and natural high acidity.
30 yrs old vines, cold static settling of 24 hrs followed by slow fermentation. 12-15 days at controlled temp 18-20°C. Ageing on lees up until spring. Enjoy with sea-food or asian, best served at 8-10C. 47 ha estate run by Gaidais family since 1950s and specialising in Muscadet. Very affordable light yet not very aromatic wine is quite popular in local market. Up to 85% is consumed in France. Rating 3,4/5

Subtle, mineral, racy 100% Muscadet (i.e. Melon de Bourgogne) from 30yo vines. Cold must settling, fermented 15 days at 18-20°C, then kept on its fine lees 3 to 6 months.

Very pale straw color.
Subtle but pleasant nose of pear and yellow apple, white meadow flowers, stony minerality, lime and quince.
Not that complex and impressive medium-bodied palate with juicy & refreshing acidity. Scented with green apple, lemon, green gooseberry, apricot.
Finishes by slightly creamy apple+lemon.
Undoubtful oyster companion.
