Love the cloudy pink and the yeasty nose. Mineral, salty on the palate. Luxurious mouth feel.

Bitter juicy salt watermelon punch in the face. Pair with prosciutto di Parma wrapped colossal prawns.

This had such a strong mineral-y taste and aftertaste that I actually couldn’t drink it. My friends loved it though; but it was not for me.
