Fully ripe tropical fruit, pineapples, peaches, oranges then some elderberry, pears and huney. A faint whisper of minerality but barely any. In other words, complex taste. Lots of fruit on the nose, petroleum and floral scents. I would have preferred more acidity even though there's plenty there but I'm damaged.
