Golden straw color, aroma of white peach stone, floral. Starts with slightly sweet stone fruit. Tart finish. Green apple peel. Faint hint of chemical- health store insect repellent? Hint of butter- goat? Yak? If there’s wood, it’s raw. I’m a Chard lover but this is - on a diet. This is the Spring version of my autumn friend. Flute not saxophone. I ordered mushrooms and got yellow peppers- raw not roasted. If this had been labeled white blend- I’d be less thrown off. Nose is better than palate. Like my singing voice/ something feels off key.
