Gold, pinkish red in color. Cherry and a hint of strawberry in nose. Lemon and minerality at start, then cherry with great length in mouth, followed by black pepper, honey and grapefruit pith in finish alongside skin tannin astringency. The 60% Cabernet Sauvignon character is clear in the pepper flavor (the other 40% is Grenache). A fair dryish Rose for the money, but not everyone will like that finish
