Easy drinking Zinfandel but nothing special. Wouldn't buy again. (Not because it's bad just because I've had better Zinfandels and also it wasn't memorable)

Nose has a firm oak structure. Taste is very jammy with raspberry and blueberry that adds a bit of sweetness. Finish has a moderate touch of pepper and mild tannic dryness. The oak is almost hidden in the background of the finish. This wine has some positive characteristics but I would like to see the oak more predominant, as in the nose, the sweetness down a bit and a more resound spice, as is expected in a Zinfandel. This a great winery, but their Pinot is much more exceptional.
