Drank this FANTASTIC wine with a rare steak and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a beautiful, deep cherry red, well-balanced with a persistent toffee note through the drink. Subtle notes of mushroom and woody tannins, with a smooth finish.

Nicely mature 2003 bottle.

12 years and drinks absolutely beautiful. Still has aging potential as most aromas and fruit characters still showed vibrantly however the tannins certainly have softened

Opened up nicely after decanting. Long finish.
