A small taste left from a great staff training today. High-toned Rutherford Cabernet from one of my favorite Napa vineyards. Raspberry, cherry, bramble, thyme, violets, cedar. Silky fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity.

Drinking August 2018:
2004 vintage. Still has time in the bottle but wouldn’t wait too much longer. Vibrant color and tastes, not turning that brick red yet by any means that old wines tend to do. Happy we have one more bottle to try in 1-2 years!!!!
