Totally missed this blind. Went from Gamay to CDP, surprised by the tannins and pepper notes here. Contemplative for sure.

May 25th, 2016Classic NSG with dark fruit, cooked meat, leather, smoke, leather. Fuller bodied than I would expect, almost recalling a Rhône wine, but with unmistakable acid profile of cotdor. Tannins filly resolves. Delicious although probably 2 yrs past true peak.
