1 person found it helpfulMar 10th, 2015Very light lemon in color, almost see thru.
Light and bitter nose of green apples, herbs, biter greens and minerals.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity, and creamy with a soft mouthfeel.
Dry on the palate with lemons, green apples, grapefruits and bitter almonds.
Medium plus in finish with a black pepper ending.
This GV is refreshing and a good quality wine, also a good food wine. Good for spicy foods.
Not my style, as it is too bitter for me, but my wife loved it.
12.5% alcohol by volume.

Love, love, love.
Big fan of Fred Loimer for years, and this continues to nail it. Bright fruit, zingy, fresh, hint if minerality.
