Pale reddish in color with light intensity.

Fresh red fruits on the nose and medium in body with medium acidity.

Very dry on the palate with mild complexity.

Showing cherries, red currants, light wood, spices, earth, herbs and black pepper.

Short finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is a nice and easy drinking Nebbiolo from Alba.

Showing mild complexity, and will continue to age nicely in the next few years. Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years.

13.5% alcohol by volume.

88 points.

Quiet and one dimensional. Wanting more expression. Spice, tannins, some fruit hidden beneath. Rather unremarkable

Nice, basic Barbera. Lots of savory acidity, brambles, graphite, red fruit. From Hagens, Bellingham. 12/26/22

The aroma suffers from a restricted range and intensity but the texture has a suppleness that is reminiscent of much more mature wine. Also shows a density of structure unexpected of a Barolo normale.

Definite decanter. Noticeable fruit with a polished finish. Perfect compliment to some aged Parmigiano reggiano & cured meats.
Nice casual dinner wine.

Subtle, but when you pay attention, it is great. Slatey minerals, cherry, strawberry, slight anise, and the slightest hint of tar. High-minus acidity keeps one coming back for more. Does not do well in mixed flights—too nuanced.

Medium bodied. Some tannins, a little earth. Paired well with a rich pasta.
