Most of all, I love looking down at this wine while swirling. It’s got this wonderful amber coloring through the light.
I like the light carbonation on the tip of the tongue, which can be attributed to its tartness and acridity towards the end.
Gives me a strong image of bushels of blackberries with sunlit green pastures in the background.
