I’m getting some deep anise notes, dusty cranberry, and red fruits on the nose. The body is med-light with delicate but noticeable tannins. It’s fairly light and easy drinking but just what I need on the beautiful Christmas Eve.

Fam, I got allergies tonight. But let me tell ya, this bouquet is whispering lemon/lime rinds and roses.
Beautiful limestone and citrus forward tasting experience. The bright acidity woke me and my nasal passages up.
Most of all, I love looking down at this wine while swirling. It’s got this wonderful amber coloring through the light.
I like the light carbonation on the tip of the tongue, which can be attributed to its tartness and acridity towards the end.
Gives me a strong image of bushels of blackberries with sunlit green pastures in the background.
