Had this a Le Vin Papillon in MTL, with roasted vegetables, following a fizzy pink and a nice, minerally white. A really nice langhe, which is a hit and miss region for me.

Light, fresh, bowl of cherries. Rose petal and earthy mushrooms. Youthful fruit, still a little aprehensive. Acid and tannins worthy of being put to sleep for a few years. Sexy, feminine stuff.
