Smelling like halved raspberries swimming in a watermelon gimlet with a sugared rim, this sparkler tastes like strawberry puree hit with Pamplemousse La Croix over limestone ice cubes and a few sprigs of thyme. It does have some RS (residual sugar) on it, but is well-balanced & comes off as juicy rather than cloying.

I decided to re-rate this one. First glass was great, but then half way through the second I started to feel the sugar and by the end it was tasting a little mousey.
