Red and yellow apples. Light apple pie spice. Lots of fine bubbles. Initial attack is up front and mouth watering, the middle is creamy and round with very slight toast. The finish is medium-long with the apples (like a fresh tartin) leading the way for a long time. This is stellar! SS

Pleasantly surprised. Moderately sweet, all things considered, but has that acidity that grabs you at the back of your mouth.
