One thing I’ve found when dealing with white Burgundies from this period is that I would rather find what’s interesting and delicious about the bottle I have I. Front of me that stress over whether that one aroma is a hint of 5% premature oxidation or whatever. The only point to that is trying to figure out what to do with any remaining bottles - and even then, bottle variation renders the exercise of limited value. If you love white Burgundy and you opened the bottle, just go from there.
