Francois Ecot! Stunning red wine! Traveled well from France to Cali in a suitcase. Smells like it had whole cluster dominant ferment, at least that's my perception from all the cinnamon and brown spice I gathered. Fresh as a summer rain on a raspberry patch, great structure, bright acidity, very enjoyable and it only gained more thrust as it sat opened for 4 hours. Delectable wine for certain.
