Yellow color, complex aromas of savory rice, hint of honey, ripe melon, minerality, bit of creaminess and slightly reductive character, med body, high acid, tight bubbles, silky dense texture with dry, mineral finish. Long finish with savory rice note. Nice quality alta langa, great for apprentivo but lso good with vitello tonato or creamy risotto with tartufo, or sweet gorgonzola cheese.
