Prosecco

Light silver/gold color with green highlights. Aromas of petrol (thought this could be a Sparkling Riesling), white flowers and green apples. Pear and green apple fruit on the palate. Slight mineral note on the medium finish. Reasonable effervescence but not much in the way of mousse. Easy drinker. Starter wine at the March 2025 North Shore House Tasting Dinner.
