Brut Bugey Montagnieu White Blend

30/40/30 Chard/Altesse/Mondeuse. 12 months on lees. Funky sour cherry, rosemary, fresh cut grass, beeswax, and crushed rocks on the nose. Ripe and juicy peach on the palate. Medium+ acidity, medium finish.

Tremendous sparkling wine. Maybe the best value outside of champagne available.

Curious to find out if this was fermented in oak. Sure tastes like it.
