Cuvée Sauvage Napa Valley Chardonnay

Tasted a vertical today, the 2004, 2007, and 2011 were my favorites but it was a joy tasting the differences in each vintage.

This wine is truly fabulous for the quality and price. Luscious, good acidity and well rounded.

A truly excellent effort by Fransiscan! Excellent balance of fruit and acidity, with rich, toasty, well integrated oak. Crisp, long, mineral finish.
