Strong. Pungent. Brutal in the first minutes and then opens into something great for red sauce - just an absolute must to cut through a big meal. Loved it... once it was done breathing.

Really delicious Syrah! Blended with a little bit of Viognier this vintage so really pops the fruit and lightens up the wine. Big plum flavor with a nice peppery spice throughout. Definitely a BBQ wine!
