Slight aroma of apples. Taste is somewhat dry and pretty effervescent. Pretty short finish. Nice chilled in summer but would have liked a tad less dry.

Unexpectedly bubbly and slightly dry. Got it at Grocery Outlet for $3 and only worth it then. Very basic and tart, almost sour. More prossseco than chard.
