Interesting skin contact South African Grenache Gris. Beautiful deep copper/amber color with golden highlights. Aromas of citrus and stone fruit, clay, fresh herbs and honey. Flavors of orange, peach, nectarine, raw nuts, grapefruit, savory spices and those fresh herbs. Nice touch of mineral/saline on the long and lingering finish. Wonderful mouth coating “skinsy” texture with a slight touch of tannin. Medium body and acidity. Very complex. Fresh tasting and unique.
