Fra Fulco 2001, Celler Alcover i Jofre, Priorat.
2001 is the last year that this wine celler made, unfortunately also my last bottle.
Made from 75% cariñena, 15% garnacha and 10% syrah
In the nose is much to discover: very ripe berry fruit, tobacco, coffee, autumn forest, mocca, complex and the will to inhale is endless.
The same tender now in the mouth, ripe fruit, very soft tannins, and a snowflake of bitter chocolate.
Now fully mature and I regret that this is my last bottle is 96 DSP
