They tagged the 2016 vintage with "Reserve" on the label, but this 2018 was released sooner without the "Reserve"... It's really hard to predict how a wine will evolve, of course, but this 2018 seems primed to repeat the success of that 2016... The cherry nose gives way to a cranberry palate... Quite good all around... While I had a wonderful experience at the winery this summer trying a variety of expressions, careful buying this one in town... There seems to be wild variation in pricing... And that "Reserve" tag on the 2016? Don't get me started...
